Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Every workout scales to your level — beginners and competitors train from the same plan, adjusted to where you are.
What equipment do I need?
It depends on the program. Group programming assumes basic gym access; we'll tell you exactly what each program needs before you commit.
What if I miss a day?
The plan runs like a train — miss a day and it moves on. No make-up sessions. Just get back on the next day; consistency is the point.
